Do You Want Fast Progress?
Learn one of “Mic’s Languages” with me. I teach the following 4 languages:
Danish is my native language. It’s the language that I’ve taught the most, and my experience teaching Danish is vast.
German is my second mother tongue and I lived in Germany for more than ten years. I love its grammar and the eloquent ways one can express oneself in this poetic language.
Brazilian Portuguese: I started to learn this beautiful language in 2009, quickly became fluent and have since then been to Brazil around 10 times, spending around 4 years in the country altogether.
All young Danes speak English fairly well. Apart from being Dane, I also have a University degree in English, and in my daily life I have immersed myself very thoroughly in the English language, so my level is fairly comparable to that of a native speaker – except my accent (but accents are charming).

I can help you in every aspect of your language acquisition, be it speaking, writing, listening or reading.
What follows is a little breakdown of the types of courses I offer.
Speaking Classes
Any Level
No matter if you’re learning the language from scratch or have been living in the country for years, but feel there’s still something missing for you to feel really confident, with me there’s a big chance you’ll amp up your skills drastically.
I'll Make You Speak!
Focus will be on various types of speaking exercises, some more guided and some more free. At all times, I’ll make sure your pronunciation is as top-notch as it can be.
We can also incorporate some written tasks as “homework” if that’s something you’re keen on.
Exam Preparation
Need to Pass an Exam?
Do you have to pass a test to meet visa requirements in Denmark, or do you have a German exam coming up at school?
Oral or written exam? Doesn’t matter!
Be Prepared
We’ll make sure you reach the level of proficiency you need in order to pass the test, both from a linguistic point of view, but also from a strategic point of view.
If you take enough classes with me before that important exam, your chances of passing are surely going to increase . But of course, I can’t do the exam for you, so you’ll still have to give it all you have!
Pronunciation Classes
People Just Don't Get You?
This one is for you if you have been living for some time in Denmark or a German speaking country and get frustrated at not being able to pronounce the language to your liking.
This is not a rare thing especially in Denmark, whose citizens unfortunately tend to have difficulties understanding non-natives.
Change It!
I’ll give you the tools for you to know how to pronounce those tricky sounds, and together we’ll work on you gradually improving your pronunciation with the goal of making an as-perfect-pronunciation-as-possible something automatic/natural for you.
Writing Classes
Need to Write Like a Pro?
Is writing in Danish or one of the other “Mic’s Languages” part of your daily life? For example at school or at work?

Of Taking Online Classes
Not The Same?!
Many people think that online lessons just aren’t the same as in-person lessons…
Well, they aren’t! But there’s no reason why it shouldn’t be possible to learn as efficiently as in face-to-face sessions – or even more.
One advantage of taking online classes with me is that I have the possibility to record our sessions – if you wish. That way, you can revisit it later and make sure that vocabulary, pronunciation and correct sentence structures aren’t forgotten again.
Another obvious advantage is that you can learn in the comfort of your home (or anywhere you want, actually). You might not live in an area where face-to-face teaching in your desired language is offered, or you might just prefer not having to spend time on getting to and from language learning facilities.
